Promotion may be modified or terminated at any time in PayPal’s sole discretion

​​​“Promotion”: Eligible Invoice Simple or Joist by Everpro merchants (“Eligible Participants”) who open a PayPal Business Account for the first time or reactivate an existing PayPal Business Account (limits apply) during the Promotion Period will receive $250.00 (the “Reward”) after completing three PayPal Checkout transactions within 90 days of opening a PayPal Business Account.  ​​

  ​​​​​​​​“Eligible Participant”: The Promotion is only open to participants who (1) are either Invoice Simple or Joist by Everpro merchants in good standing; (2) open a U.S. PayPal Business Account through Invoice Simple or Joist by Everpro during the Promotion Period; or (3) reactivate  an existing PayPal Business Account that has not activated or transacted on PayPal Checkout in the 12 months prior to entering the promotion (“Inactive PayPal Checkout Customers”); and (4) do not currently benefit from other reduced, discounted or negotiated PayPal transaction fees or PayPal promotional offers. Eligible Participant must comply with these terms and conditions, and complete the qualifying actions outlined in the “How to Qualify” section below in order to claim the Reward. The Promotion only applies during the Promotion Period and does not apply to any other products or services. ​     ​ ​     ​​

“How to Qualify”: Eligible Participants must open a PayPal Business Account through the Invoice Simple or Joist by Everpro platform or reactivate an existing PayPal Business Account that has not been used in 12 months or more during the Promotion Period and accept  three (3) PayPal Checkout transaction (Pay with PayPal, Pay with Venmo, or Pay Later) during the Reward Period. If a transaction is not complete or is not recorded by PayPal’s system within the Reward Period, for any reason, that transaction will not qualify for the Reward

“Reward”: Eligible Participants will receive $250.00, deposited into their PayPal Business Account within 14 days of competion of their third transaction.

“Promotion Period”: Starts at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 20, 2026 and ends at 11:59:00 p.m. ET on October 21, 2026.

“Reward Period”: Starts on the day the Eligible Participant opens a PayPal Business Account and ends the earlier of: (1) 90 days after thereafter; OR (2) when a total of $100,000 (“Offer Limit”) has been reimbursed to all Eligible Participants in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Miscellaneous: Promotion redemption and Rewards are final and are subject to PayPal review and verification. The Promotion cannot be shared or transferred. Participation is subject to the PayPal User Agreement. Valid Account must remain in good standing from the time of participation through to Reward fulfilment. PayPal may provide an alternate Reward of equal value if it is unable for any reason to fulfill the Reward. PayPal reserves their rights to cancel, suspend or modify this Promotion in part or in its entirety at any time without notice, for any reason in their sole discretion. Similar promotions may run at the same time; qualification for this Promotion does not constitute qualification for any other offer. PayPal is not responsible and/or liable for any lost, stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, interrupted, delayed, or misdirected e-mail, Reward fulfillment, or Promotion-related materials or correspondence if Participant’s e-mail address, Valid Account, or other contact information does not work, is deleted, or is changed without Participant giving prior written notice to PayPal. Promotion is void where prohibited by law, or if qualifying actions, described herein, are not completed through legitimate channels, or if any Promotion-related materials are fraudulent defective, tampered with or irregular in any way. Any questions relating to the Promotion will be resolved in PayPal’s sole discretion and its decisions related to the Promotion will be final and binding.
